Return and Refund Policy

Mincks AI Supply sells digital products delivered electronically. Physical returns are not applicable.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind, except where required by law.

If your purchase has not been downloaded or accessed, contact us to request cancellation and a refund.

If you receive the wrong product, a defective or inaccessible file, or a product materially different from its description, contact us through our store’s Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help resolve the problem. If we cannot provide the product as described, we will issue a refund.

Duplicate charges for the same purchase will be refunded after verification.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
