- Choose the toolkit that fits your work and complete checkout.
- After successful payment, use the electronic download or access instructions provided for your order.
- Unzip the file. Open the HTML guide in your web browser, edit the Markdown in a text editor and use the CSV tracker in a spreadsheet app.
- Fill in your accurate business information, paste a guided prompt into your chosen AI assistant, and review and edit the result before using it.
Digital toolkit questions
Will I receive a physical product? No. Nothing is shipped.
Is ChatGPT or another AI subscription included? No. Toolkit purchases include the listed files, not AI software, paid subscriptions or an automatic marketing service.
Can I use these tools for my business? Each toolkit includes a one-business-use license. Please read the license packaged with the product. Do not redistribute or resell the files unless a license specifically permits it.
Can these templates guarantee more customers or revenue? No. They are planning and drafting aids. Results depend on your business, market and implementation.
What if my download does not arrive or won't open? Check your order email and spam folder, then email supportai@minckssupply.com with your order number.
Custom marketing service questions
Is a custom marketing service an instant download? No. Custom service orders are completed manually using the business details you supply. There is no immediate ZIP file for this service.
What should I send after purchasing? Email your order number, business name and location, main services, website or social links, and any logo, images or current offers you have permission to use. The exact requirements are on the service product page.
When will I get my content? For our Auto Shop Social Media Starter Package, delivery is normally within 3–5 business days after we receive your complete business details. We'll email the finished content to the address associated with your order.
Does the service include posting or guaranteed results? No. It provides ready-to-post content as listed, not posting to your accounts, ad spend or guaranteed sales.
What about refunds or cancellation? Read our Refund Policy and contact us before work starts if you need to cancel. Your applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
